I provide consulting and executive coaching services to senior leaders, with a particular focus on those in technology and public policy. 

I help clients identify ways to lead teams in the midst of uncertainty, while managing complex and often competing demands. To this work I bring my experience at senior levels in the UK and the US, managing teams in fast-paced environments, and psychologically-backed principles to help clients succeed.
